The Business Model Canvas (BMC) is a globally recognized strategic tool for quickly understanding how a business creates, delivers, and captures value. In this six-module virtual program, participants will receive coaching, tools, and live support to complete all nine BMC components while strengthening their understanding of business strategy, customer insights, operations, and revenue.

By the final session, every participant will walk away with a polished Business Model Canvas, a strategic roadmap they can use to launch, grow, and fund their venture.

Module 2 (Feb 10, 2026): Customer Segments & Channels
Refining who you serve and mapping the pathways to reach them.

Module 3 (Feb 24, 2026): Customer Relationships & Revenue Streams
Designing engagement strategies and identifying your income sources.

Module 4 (Mar 10, 2026): Key Activities & Key Resources
Understanding the operational building blocks of your business.

Module 5 (Mar 24, 2026): Partnerships & Cost Structure
Building your support ecosystem and analyzing your core expenses.

Module 6 (Apr 7, 2026): Final Canvas + Presentation Lab
Completing your Business Model Canvas and presenting your strategy.

30 Day Check-In (May 12, 2026)

Each module is a work session. Participants should be at their computer and have their cameras on. Participants should expect brief homework assignments between sessions to ensure their canvas is fully completed by the final module.
